Walk-4-Life
Walk-4-Life is a women’s ministry which aims to reach women of the surrounding area and beyond with the love of Jesus Christ, seeking to introduce them to the One who alone can change their lives, and encouraging those who already have a relationship with Him.
Spring Programme
Our spring Walk 4 Life schedule involves a four-week programme on Thursday nights during May. Each session starts off with a walk lasting from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on what each lady chooses and feels comfortable with. This is followed by a speaker sharing from a Christian perspective about a topic relevant to women, and telling how Jesus Christ has changed and transformed their lives. We then conclude with a healthy supper with plenty of time for chat and interaction.
Winter Programme
October to March sees our winter schedule, which usually provides a walk of approximately 30-45 minutes – in the event of bad weather, we will continue with the rest of the programme indoors. Various topics of interest are shared – including the likes of beauty, fashion, cookery and craft – followed by a speaker sharing with us how Jesus Christ has changed their life.
Times & Location
Walk 4 Life takes place at our Brownstown Hall (opposite EuroSpar) beginning at 7:30pm on the relevant Thursday evenings (the first Thursday of the month from October-March, and four Thursdays during May). We’d love you to join us – you’ll be made very welcome, and we’re confident you’ll enjoy your time with us and hopefully make new friends!
